At Eventfully Yours Event Designs we take your wedding preparations off your shoulders but never out of your hands.

We know that hiring a planner is an additional cost and maybe not one you had planned on but it is a very important thing to have in order to ensure your day runs smoothly and that you can focus on just enjoying your moment.  Going to the least expensive planner seems like the best idea but there are things that you should ask when interviewing planners for the job. Here are the steps for becoming an Eventfully Yours Bride!


Step 1 - Reach out to us via email, phone or in person. Make an appointment for a consultation.


Step 2 -  Attend your personal consultation where we get to know the two of you – your style, your stories. 


Step 3 - We will email you a proposal based on the initial conversation. We will incorporate specific details on what you will receive with the package.


Step 4 - Review and approve the proposal. This is the time to add on extra services if desired. We will then issue a contract for your signature and collect a 25% deposit.


Step 5 - We start planning. Depending on the type of coordination, we will follow timelines to make sure you get our very best service. And remember, we are here for you. Calls and emails are always free and advice is here if you need it!

The Process
