Partial Planning

We will personally connect you with vendors of your choosing following consultation
  • We will provide up to 10 hours of consulting and advice
  • Contract review for all vendors of your choosing
  • Discuss event day details, vendors and creation of event timeline and detailed floor plan/layouts of venue
  • Manage and coordinate all rental orders and delivery
  • We will provide your vendors with a detailed timeline approximately one month prior to your event following your final venue meeting
  • Attend final walk-through meeting at venue with client and assist in final planning /decor details and coordination
  • Limited decor assistance
  • Day of Coordination


Day of Coordination

  • We will provide up to 5 hours of consulting and advice. Ask us anything!
  • Contract reviews for all vendors you are booking
  • Discussion of event day details, vendors and creation of event timeline and detailed floor plan and layouts of venue
  • Manage and coordinate all rental orders and delivery, beginning 30 days prior
  • We will provide your vendors with a detailed timeline approximately one month prior to your event, following your final venue meeting 
  • Attend final walk-through meeting at venue (typically 30 days prior) with client and assist in final planning / decor details
  • Limited decor assistance

One lead wedding coordinator and one assistant coordinator (may be required for groups of 150 or more, and/or 2 locations). We will personally assist the Bride and Groom throughout the entire event. 

  • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal, ceremony, reception and vendors
  • Oversight of proper event setup
  • Follow detailed timeline with vendors and ensure the event flows smoothly
  • Coordination of guest shuttles and transportation. No guest is left behind!
  • We will collect all gifts and small items and assist in packing up at the end of the event
  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities due to vendors on the day of the event
  • Your wedding coordinator will carry an essential emergency kit throughout the event day

This consultation package is meant to provide you with as little or as much help as you need.
